30-day Money Back Policy

Our 30-day Money Back Policy enables you to be confident that your purchase is secure. If you decide to return it for any purpose, we'll gladly give you a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. We can only accept the product in its original condition, along with the certification, documents, and those which do not include any custom engraving of any sort. This policy only applies to orders placed within India.

Once the product is returned under our 30-day Money Back Policy, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Free Returns / Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE return shipping. Within the 30-day Money Back Policy, you will receive free return shipping on any product exchanges, resizing requests, or refunds. If you desire, simply contact our Customer Service Team and we will arrange for a courier to come and pick it up from you. Please keep in mind that this only applies to orders within India.

How do I return the product to Sindoor within 30 days?

  1. Select the product in your order that you want to return from here (link).
  2. You can also contact our Customer Service Team at care@sindoor.com or call 88 7979 6777 between 11 am - 6 pm, weekdays to raise this concern.
  3. Keep the jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificates, invoice, and other documents if any.
  4. The return pickup will be arranged via one of our logistic partners; they will be providing a tamper-proof packet from us. Kindly record a video while securing your jewellery in the tamper-proof packet and sealing it. Also hand over the original packing material, certificate, invoice, and any free gifts along with it.
  5. Share the video recording via your registered email at care@sindoor.com for verification, with the subject as Request for Verification. Also mention your Order Number and Product Name. Rest assured that your jewellery is secured.
  6. Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper / photo of tracking number / SMS confirmation of pickup).
  7. Once we receive the product at our end, your refund will be processed to your original mode of payment in 8-10 working days after the quality check procedure.

Note:

  • A deduction of ₹500 will be made in the event that the original product certificate(s) is lost.
  • Any product returned without the original tag attached, packaging, invoice, documents, and certification will not be accepted.
  • A thorough quality check will be conducted before a decision is made.
  • Tampering with the original tag, packaging, invoice, documents, or certification is strictly prohibited and may affect the refund amount.

Given that all of the above conditions are fulfilled, we’ll gladly offer you a full refund within our 30-Day Money Back Policy.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email related to that product. You can cancel one order item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more items.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed to the Sindoor Account Holder’s bank account.
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking).
  • For orders placed using gift cards:
    • The gift card amount will be refunded via a new gift card with the original validity.
    • If the original validity expires during the transition period, a new gift card with 15-day validity may be issued at the company’s discretion.
    • A gift card will only be reissued once.
